> A Franco-Russian Memorandum of Understanding for PETALLast modification on Wednesday 6 May 2009
From 9 to 11 March 2009, the ILP at Le Barp hosted a delegation of Russian scientists from the Russian Academy of Sciences and the ISTC (International Science and Technology Center).
The purpose of this meeting was to assert the interests of our countries to establish a scientific collaboration on topics related to the use of PETAL.
The participants are now encouraged to submit projects on bilateral physics of laser-matter interaction and the development of diagnostic tools for the PETAL project .
